There are many factors to consider when it comes to heating your tent and should be discussed with your NYTent Sales Representative. In general, heat should be used when the low temperature in the evening is 60° or below. The body heat from the average event should raise the temperature approximately 5°, reaching a moderate 65° inside an enclosed tent. |
| Heaters are placed outside the tent and blows force hot air under the sidewalls. |
 |
Propane heaters are normally used above freezing to take the chill or dampness out of the air. Kerosene heaters are used throughout the year, especially below freezing, as they are extremely efficient in colder temperatures. Don't hesitate to contact our sales department with any questions regarding your event. PLEASE NOTE: Heaters require electricity to operate. |
