For tents that are being staked, the property will require a utility markout. Please ask your event manager for more information on this. When applicable, sprinkler lines should be shut off, grass should be cut and any obstructions in the area should be cleared.

Code, regulations and requirements vary from city to city. Our staff is familiar with all regional regulatory permitting, and will assume responsibility for necessary permits and applications. All costs associated with permits will be billed back to you, and line-itemed on your invoice. Under certain circumstances, permits must obtained directly by a rental client, but we’ll always let you know if that’s the case.

Unfortunately, due to safety and insurance restrictions, we do not allow our tents to be picked up and installed by our clients. Our tents are manufactured with heavy, commercial-grade materials, and require highly trained professionals to properly install them.

New York Tent is based on Long Island, New York, and primarily serves the Northeastern US. Although we gladly service clients nation-wide upon request, so please let us know where you are holding your next event.

Many Factors influence the size or style of tent selection. These include the type of event; the number of guests expected; the nature of the event and its activities; and whether the tent requires stakes or weights to properly secure it. We are happy to discuss the specifics of your event to help determine the proper size and, if necessary, a site visit can be arranged.

Our inventory is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Popular dates or peak times of year can result in items that are fully booked. Since some events book a year or more in advance, we recommend that clients reserve equipment as soon as they are able to ensure there are no issues with availability. Contact us to discuss your event dates and discuss a reservation.
