Graduation season is upon us, and NY Tent is proud to provide temporary structures for graduation ceremonies like the one pictured.
For this event, NY Tent provided a 30mx90m Clear Span Structure (100’x295’), and a 20’x40’ elevated stage. Protecting the integrity of the turf field was absolutely imperative, so our team weighted the structure with concrete ballasts as opposed to tent stakes and utilized heavy duty protective sub flooring to protect the turf from forklift traffic during installation and removal.
The tent accommodated multiple commencement ceremonies for the various school’s concentrations, with space for 3,000+ attendees per ceremony. Folding chairs were set up to seat the proud family and friends of the graduates.
